How to Make a Return?

If you’re less than satisfied with the creating or packaging of your product, we’ll make it right.

1. For a refund or replacement, please call Customer Care at (800) 332-8884 with the following information: the name on your order, your order number, and the reason for returning/replacing. For Customer Care hours, view our Contact Customer Care page.

2. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be considered for up to a maximum of 30 days.
